... Lake effect Snow Advisory remains in effect until 1 PM EST
this afternoon...

Snow showers are expected to move back onshore this morning across
the area. An additional 1 to 3 inches will be likely through the
day today. Some snow squalls may reduce visibilities down to a
mile at times. Storm totals across the area will range from an
inch or two across the eastern portions of the counties... to 3 to
7 inches along the shoreline.

A lake effect Snow Advisory Means Lake effect snow is forecast
that will make travel difficult in some areas. Lake effect snow
showers typically align themselves in bands and will likely be
intense enough to drop several inches in localized areas. Use
caution when traveling.
