Winter Weather Advisory
Issued by the National Weather Service at 9:49 PM EST on January 6, 2009

... Winter Weather Advisory in effect until 8 am EST Wednesday...

The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for freezing drizzle... which is in effect until 8 am EST
Wednesday.

Areas of freezing drizzle are developing across the advisory area
this evening. This freezing drizzle can be expected to continue into at
least the early overnight hours. A thin glaze can be expected to
form on area roads and create slick conditions.

The freezing drizzle is expected to change over to light snow overnight.

The Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of freezing drizzle
will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads and
limited visibilities... and use caution while driving.
